Scope
This policy covers www.govexa.io, the marketing website you are currently viewing. It does not cover the Govexa platform itself, which has its own data processing terms provided to customers directly.
We don't operate our own database, but our providers process technical data
This website has no database or CMS of its own, and we do not build visitor profiles or sell data. That does not mean no data is processed at all: like virtually every website, we rely on service providers to host the site, deliver email and block spam, and those providers process limited technical data to do so. We describe each category of processing below by function rather than by naming the specific commercial products involved, as a routine security precaution; the identity of any processor is available on request to privacy@govexa.io.
Hosting
This site is hosted by a cloud infrastructure provider. That provider processes standard web server logs for every request — IP address, request timestamp, requested URL and user agent — for as long as it needs to in order to serve pages, protect the site from abuse, and keep it running. We do not use these logs for marketing or profiling. Our hosting provider acts as our data processor for this purpose.
Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. The bot-protection service described under "Spam protection" below may set a technical cookie scoped to its own domain, used only to tell human visitors apart from bots, under that provider's own privacy policy. If we ever add an analytics or other tool that sets cookies requiring your consent, we will add a consent banner here before doing so.
Analytics
We use a cookie-free analytics service that measures aggregate page views and performance without tracking individual visitors or storing personal identifiers.
Demo request form
When you submit the demo request form, the information you provide (name, work email, company, country, frameworks of interest and any message) is sent by email to our sales team via a transactional email provider. It is not written to a database on our side; that provider processes it as necessary to deliver the email. It is used solely to respond to your request.
Spam protection
The form uses an automated bot-detection service to verify you are not a bot. That service processes technical signals about your browser and connection under its own privacy policy, solely to distinguish human visitors from automated abuse.
Categories of processing, in one place
A cloud hosting and content-delivery provider (serves the site, standard logs only); a transactional email provider (delivers demo-request notifications only); and a bot-detection provider (protects the demo form only). None of them are permitted to use this data for their own marketing purposes, and none receive more data than described above.
Legal basis and your rights
Where GDPR or KVKK applies, we process demo request data on the basis of your consent, given via the checkbox on the form, and hosting/security logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — or the specific identity of any processor named only by category above — at any time by contacting us using the details on our Imprint page.
